1. License and Permitted Use
Kolibri grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ClassMate mobile application for personal, non-commercial academic planning purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Responsibility & Data Backup
ClassMate stores your course schedules and task data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and backups. Kolibri is not liable for data loss resulting from device reset, OS reinstallation, or uninstallation of the application.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, graphics, interfaces, logos, and code associated with ClassMate are the intellectual property of Kolibri. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the application without express written authorization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for absolute accuracy in scheduling and reminder alerts, Kolibri is not responsible for missed classes, assignments, or deadlines resulting from hardware issues or battery optimization constraints.
