PDF Does Not Open
Confirm that the file is a valid PDF and that it is still available at its original location. Password-protected PDFs return to the home screen after the password flow is cancelled or cannot be completed.
Search Finds No Text
Search works with selectable text. A scanned PDF that contains only images may not have searchable text.
Changes Are Not Visible
Rotate and Delete are applied when Save As creates the new PDF. The original reader view may remain unchanged until the saved file is opened.
Processing Fails
Check file access, available storage, and the selected page numbers. Use Clear / Reset and try again.
