This Privacy Policy explains how Dodo Quiz handles information when you use the mobile application. Dodo Quiz is a flashcard and quiz application designed to help users study topics through cards and multiple-choice quizzes.
1. Information We Collect
Dodo Quiz does not require users to create an account and does not ask for personal information such as name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera access, or microphone access.
The app may process the following limited information:
- App settings, such as selected language, quiz shuffle preference, flip animation setting, and Android navigation display preference.
- Study progress-related local data, such as which premium-style topics have been unlocked through the in-app promise flow.
- Basic technical request information when the app connects to our backend API to load study topics and cards.
2. How Information Is Used
We use information only to operate and improve the app experience, including to:
- Load study sets, flashcards, and quiz content from the backend API.
- Remember your selected language and app preferences on the device.
- Keep topic unlock status available on the same device.
- Maintain app reliability, security, and compatibility.
3. Local Storage
Dodo Quiz stores certain preferences and unlock states locally on your device using app storage. This information is used only by the app and is not used to identify you personally. You can remove this local data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
4. Backend API and Internet Access
Dodo Quiz uses internet access to request study content from the backend API. Server systems may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, request time, device/browser network metadata, and requested API endpoint as part of normal server operation and security logging.
5. Payments, Advertising, and Tracking
The current version of Dodo Quiz does not use advertising identifiers, does not show third-party ads, and does not use third-party analytics SDKs in the mobile app. The app also does not currently process in-app purchases inside the mobile application.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers. Limited technical data may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, or service providers only as necessary to operate the backend API and app services.
7. Data Retention
Local app preferences and unlock states remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Backend server logs, if collected, are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
8. Children's Privacy
Dodo Quiz is an educational app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it if necessary.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app services and backend systems. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can control or remove information related to your app use by:
- Changing language and app settings inside the app.
